Floаt Stream 700 | 900 unified soya reaper
Floаt Stream 700 unified low-cut reaper solves one of the main tasks of soya machine harvesting, i.e. low-cut mowing. The reaper also solves one more problem, i.e. prevention of bean damage. Such universality is achieved due to two relief-copying mechanisms arranged on the cutting apparatus and the reaper casing. The both mechanisms operate simultaneously during the soya harvesting. Floаt Stream 700 can harvest several types of cultures: grain, ear, grain-bean, cereals, as well as flax seeds.

Quality advantages
All the mechanisms operate in tandem
Due to support shoes arranged along the whole area of reaper bottom, flexible (floating) knife and two relief-copying mechanisms arranged on the cutting apparatus and the reaper casing (they operate simultaneously), the problem of soya low-cut mowing is solved.

Operation on even, as well as uneven fields
Floаt Stream 700 cutting apparatus with flexible (floating) knife installed on spring levers is able to move downwards or upwards for 50mm and copy all the field unevenness. The skids attached under the cutting apparatus beam are responsible for copying.

Perfect process
The relief copying is done due to shoes installed on the reaper casing. As a result, the high-quality culture mowing is achieved.

Cutting height is 30 mm
Minimum cutting height, 30mm, is provided due to operation of independent suspension of levers allowing terrain following in lateral direction. Special shape of S-type knives does not catch and contaminate the grass mass when reaping. The result is the high quality forage.

Universality
Beside the works with soya, the reaper is used for harvesting grain ear, grain-bean and cereal cultures. In case, the operation is possible with “solid knife”, i.e. relief copying by the reaper casing, but without copying by the cutting apparatus.
