Rostselmash — Welcome to Germany!

On 27 September, a representative office of Rostselmash was openedin Germany. This event became a momentous one both for the Company (indicating yet another transfer of its activities to a new level) and for the agrarian sector of Germany and the EU countries. 

Starting operations of a representative office here is a logical step for Rostselmash. We have been present in the market of Europe on the whole and that of Germany in particular for some years already. In Europe our Company has representative offices in 18 countries, and we have 4 large regional service and logistics hubs. And we are very glad that another subsidiary of our Company with a wider functional will be opened today. Our wish to be closer to our customers has been fulfilled now, and I am glad that you have witnessed that, — Alexey Shveytsov, Commercial Director of Rostselmash noted at the ceremonial opening held in presence of the honorary consul of the Russian Federation in Lower Saxony and with the participation of the local administration bodies.

 Today, Rostselmash manufactures a wide range of agricultural machinery for field works during the whole year. It includes machines for tillage, sowing, crop tending and protection, forage procurement, harvesting of grains and legumes, as well as equipment for their transportation and storage.

Mr. Shveytsov commented that the opening of the representative office of the Company directly in Germany will provide the agrarians with the whole range of the said agricultural machines and equipment required for effective operation of their business. The representative office will provide proper functioning of the dealer network and full support for the agrarians — from commissioning to servicing, training, guarantee and post-guarantee maintenance. And the trading function will be fulfilled by the dealer network in cooperation with the subsidiary in the designated territory.
