Marketing managers congregated at Rostselmash

Rostselmash held the 2nd marketing conference where it presented its new global market strategy to all marketing professionals of the partners’ network. In the next five years the company plans to strengthen and expand its presence in all relevant segments.

The annual marketing conference of the Rostselmash distribution network participants assembled about a hundred representatives of dealerships worldwide.

“At last year end, Rostselmash considerably strengthened its position at the domestic market, and we upheld our leadership. In many ways it is a result of professional support provided by the dealership specialists locally”, said Prokhor Darmov, CMO of Rostselmash. “If we keep up the pace, we will rise to the next level in the global ranking by 2020. In order to succeed we have to work in team, which was a premise for this conference.” 

According to Mr. Darmov, the company has implemented a number of efficient tools for successful cooperation. These are well-defined corporate standards covering sales, service maintenance and marketing, training courses for specialists, dealerships, interregional marketing events for customers. In recent years Rostselmash and the dealership network have been working in shared IT environment. Since last year the partnership web portal has been operating to support the corporate partners and provide for online receipt of required information and operational issues resolution. 

The Rostselmash marketing conference enables pooling efforts of many regions to achieve common business objectives, reconcile the targets and develop the respective for further work. 

The dealerships’ representatives had an opportunity to thoroughly discuss various aspects of their work, share best practices, and know first-hand of the company’s mid-term product development and expansion of the marketing activity.
