The RF Government supported the Rostselmash exporting program

The Rostselmash program on developing the export of products to Kazakhstan was supported by the RF Ministry of Economical Development. Alexei Ulyukayev, the Head of the Ministry, signed the project on promotion the Russian grain harvesters in Kazakhstan market in 2013-2015, which will be fulfilled by Rostselmash together with Trade Representation of Russia.

The project supposes the delivery of components for assembly of grain harvesters and their further sales in the territory of the Republic; strengthening of the Rostselmash brand positions in the country’s market, establishing of technical base for expanding the product model line manufactured at assembly production.

The Russian Trade Representation in Kazakhstan plans to render informational support on the target market analysis, spreading of presentation materials, assistance in contacting with ministries and authorities, local authorities, large customers, assisting in organizing the Rostselmash and assembly production presentations during republican exhibitions and demonstrating shows.

The partner in fulfillment of the project in the territory of Kazakhstan is KZ Vector LLC.

— This document consolidates and brings to the new effectiveness level those partnership relations, which have been already established between the Company and the Russian Trade Representation, — said Andrei Kolesnikov, Director of Rostselmash Representation in Kazakhstan.

Several important arrangements, which significantly contributed into strengthening of the exporting positions of the Company’s and Russia at large, were fulfilled last year. Thus, in November 2012, the business mission of the Russian exporting companies to Kazakhstan was arranged and organized with the support of RF Ministry of Economical Development, Russian Trade Representation, EXAR PLC. In the end of the same month, Rostselmash signed large contract on delivery of components with financial support of Rosselkhozbank. The business mission also initiated the collaboration of Rostselmash with Exporting Insurance Agency of Russia. In July 2013, the companies concluded the contract on complex insuring of credits.

Rostselmash fruitfully works with agrarian complex of Kazakhstan for many years. The Republic is the largest foreign partner of the Russian Company. The Rostselmash harvesters share in the country’s park of grain harvesting materiel comprises 42%. For the last 12 years, the Company delivered about 6000 grain, forage harvesters and self-propelled mowers to customers of the Republic. Representation of the Company was settled in the country, harvester assembly production was organized, dealer and service network operates successfully, and the most optimal financial schemes for purchasing the materiel are being developed and proposed. All these facts point to existing wide perspectives of keeping and developing of collaboration between the Rostselmash Company and agrarians.

The Company is intended to become the main partner of the Republic in the town technical upgrade through development of the assembly production in the nearest future. Rostselmash and Kazagrofinans, State Leasing Operator, concluded the strategic agreement on collaboration in June. The joint assembly of VECTOR 410KZ harvesters in the facilities of Vector Harvester Factory LLC will be carried out within the frames of the agreement.

— In this connection, the project, which will be fulfilled by Rostselmash together with the Russian Trade Representation within the nearest three years, will allow to activate the works in this direction and become the additional support for other initiatives directed to developing and strengthening of the Russian company’s exporting positions, — said Andrei Kolesnikov.
