Terms of use "User Account"
- LLC «Combine Plant"Rostselmash" (hereinafter Rostselmash) provides users on the Internet (the user) the ability to use the site www.rostselmash.com under "User Account "in order to better inform it, perform sending orders for parts and priority service for access to the catalog of spare parts in case of authorization.
- The user uses a personal username and password to log in to "User Account" which sets themselves (either through a password generator) at registration.
- User must complete the registration form for registration.
- User access to "User Account" with login and password will be activated after confirmation of the user registration by sending a reply letter came at a user-specified email address.
- To prevent unauthorized use of data "User Account", the User is obliged to ensure the safety of your login and password from loss and prevent their disclosure to third parties.

- Rostselmash reserves the right at any time to suspend the User's access to the "User Account".
- Rostselmash may modify and complement the structure of web pages "User Account", and enter into it additional web pages and sections.
- In accordance with the requirements of the Russian Federal Law of 27 July 2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data" user gives his consent to Rostselmash for the collection, storage, use and processing of personal data: name, surname, company name, postal address, phone numbers, e-mail address. The purpose of collecting personal information is to ensure that registration applications for replacement parts, obtaining responses to requests from our dealer network, sending news information, priority access to the catalog of spare parts.
- Using the "User Account" is for convenience only and is voluntary. The user may at any time terminate the use of the "User Account".
- The user has the right to request removal of personal data from the user database.
